You’ll want to get a rifle set up for this otherwise it’ll be harder than it has to be.

Put on a high power scope, prioritize accuracy, scope stability, and have high muzzle velocity to limit bullet drop. Ammo capacity doesn’t matter and neither does the audible range of the gunshot, so throw on a Boys Mk II muzzle break and the overpressure receiver. You should only need one shot, so who cares if everyone hears it? I used a K98, but the Springfield would be a fine choice if you don’t have it.

When the mission starts, tag Moller with your binoculars, and turn to the right. You’re going to want to wait for him to get in his car and be driven off down the road to the right. It’ll take a bit of patience for him to get 600m away, and you may want to make a save in case you miss - perhaps once he’s 400 meters away or so.

It’ll seem like he’s going to disappear over the horizon but just keep him in sight. Adjust your scope zero with left and right on the D pad so you don’t have to aim a dozen feet above the target, otherwise you might accidentally hit the driver instead.

Once Moller gets ~575 meters away or so, hold your breath, get nice and close to your TV so you can see his tiny little head, put the red reticule over it, make sure he’s 600+ meters away, and fire.
