How does the sync work?

Found in the help center,

From game profiles:

Click the Cog button towards the top of the page you're currently on. (found top right of page next to the favorite button.)
From the drop down menu, choose Add To Collection.
Select Start New Collection... from the drop down menu on the following page.
Type in the name of your Collection. You can also add a description (optional) and choose if you want your Collection to be public (viewable by others) or private (only viewable by you).
