Unearned badges

I'm all for getting more badges, but I just noticed that I was awarded the "Efficient Gamer II" and "Efficient Gamer III" badges. My overall completion percentage is around 64% and I haven't really done anything lately to push this drastically higher, so I have no idea how I could have gotten 75% or 90%. Am I just misunderstanding what is needed to get these badges or did something go a bit wonky?

Completion percentages seem to get wonky at times. Mine shot up to 104% when I first synced up and popped all the relevant badges. Looking at your stats page, it looks like yours shot up to 94% on the 6th. No idea why, just adding a bit of context.
