Is Your Xbox One Very Loud? Microsoft is Offering a Replacement

Microsoft is offering to replace particularly loud Xbox One units free of charge, the company has announced.

According to the platform holder, a “small number” of Xbox One owners have complained that their consoles are noisier than is acceptable. So Microsoft is making replacement consoles available.

"We have heard that a small number of Xbox One owners in some situations may hear a noise from the console that is too loud," Microsoft told Kotaku.

"While this does not affect the safety or functionality of the system, we're asking customers who believe they are experiencing this issue to contact Xbox Support: http://support.xbox.com.

“At the request of our customers, we are exchanging those consoles for new systems," added Microsoft.
