Shearing is Caring II

So Shearing is Caring II badge is not unlocking for me.. even though I clearly have just brought in my 10th new member to the community.. Would you be so kind as to look in to the tracker for this?

I could just award it to myself, but I want to make sure the tracking is right if other members may run into this.

you have referal links go to edit your profile and the box on your right hand side will be an invite friends tab, click that and it will give you an option for link or email.
