I was prompted the other day to change my password after this last 90 day rotation and when I tried to request help via the help link, it did nothing for me but refresh the page. I had to sign out to get to a forgot password option and eventually get back on. Which I though it was signed out due to the password reminder. Any other info you need just let me know and I'll try to explain.
Status changed to 'Logged' - Looking into this. By the way, the 90 day rotation is only for staff members. It's for security purposes.
Ok, I didin't know that, I just thought it as an update thing that everyone got.
Nothing really stuck out to me when I was looking into this earlier. My password expired just a couple of days ago so I'll have to check into this at a later time.
No problem I was on my phone and then it also happened when I went on a Mac when this happened.
