Unlocked/Secret tile submissions

Hola, sorry if this has been suggested or talked about before since I'm a noob, is there any way to say submit unlocked or secret tiles to the site? I noticed I have a lot of grey tiles and/or generic secret tiles (which I understand if you're scraping), I know TA has a somewhat manual approach to dealing with submissions for this. If not, can we get something like this implemented?

I shared some code with Eric last year, to be able to address some of these, but I'm not sure if he has had a chance to use it, yet.
