Gameplay trailer

After watching MS E3 press conference, we barely got any details on this, but just based on the art style I was very interested. Now looking at the IGN gameplay trailer this is definitely one of my most anticipated.

Any one know the release date? They said they've been working on it for four years and it looks very polished already.

It's on their list of games for this year... I'd say it'd be better if they did it August/September before all of the retail noise.
