Cheers guy and congrats Fshguy. I've been using MyFitnessPal for this, scanning everything I eat. My diary is open so you should be able to see it but if you have it add me as a friend. It's also available as an app from app store.

Me too... Paying attention and logging everything that goes in helps me a lot. Deciding on not getting that Five Guys burger with Fries... I can get by with one of those.
I wish myfitnesspal had a calendar view of all my exercises, luckily it integrates with mapmyrun and it has a calendar of my runs and exercises I put into myfitnesspal.
